What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, work email, type of business and an optional message.
Why
To reply to your request and arrange a call. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our business email.
How long
Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at info@copperlabs.eu. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Website chat assistant
If you type your own question into the chat, the conversation is sent to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, to generate a reply. The quick-question buttons work without it. We don't use chat messages for advertising, and our website does not store the conversation. Please don't share sensitive personal data in the chat.
